MUMBAI: Yash Raj Films’ youth banner christened Y Films will be releasing its first production on 6 May, 2011. The film is as yet untitled and has been directed by Vivek Bhushan (Bumpy) of the MTV Roadies Season 4 fame.

While the first production is gearing up for release in May, the second film under the Y Films has also gone on floors. According to information available with Businessofcinema.com, this film is being directed by Nupur Asthana, who had earlier directed the comedy drama – Mahi Way – for Yash Raj Television.

A source close to the development tells Businessofcinema.com, "Bumpy and Nupur are the two directors who are directing films for Y Films. While Bumpy’s film went on floor first, Nupur’s film has just begun shooting."

The cast of both the films are as yet not known.
