Mumbai: Zapak Digital Entertainment along with Intel and Lenovo has launched the Zapak Campus Gaming Star, an annual property that would be conducted across 30 College Festivals in the country to present a platform for youth and technology to interact.
The property was launched at Rendezvous 2008 at the IIT, Delhi from 19 – 21 Sep. Over 1000 students have registered for the championship. It will then move to Zephyr’08 at the Thakur College of Engineering, Mumbai from 26 – 28 Sep.
The event has been conceptualized and executed across India by Zapak LIVE, the activation cell of Zapak.com and will feature hard core and casual gaming titles played on a 30 seater gaming rig. New product launches and demonstration would be conducted at the Intel and Lenovo Pavilions coupled with Workshops on Laptop Dj’ing & Digital Art.
