Zee bags satellite rights of six new films

MUMBAI: Zee has acquired the satellite broadcasting rights of six newly released films, it is reliably learnt.


Sources say Zee has also bagged the pay TV, Pay Per View and DTH (direct to home) worldwide rights of these films. The titles include Aryan, which stars Sohail Khan, Sneha Ullal, Inder Kumar and Puneet Issar; Mere Jeevan Saathi, which stars Akshay Kumar, Karisma Kapoor and Amisha Patel; Rok Sako To Rok Lo, which features Sunny Deol, Namrata Shirodkar, Yash Pandit, Manjari; Sharth – The Challenge that stars Tusshar Kapoor, Gracy Singh, Amirta Arora and Amisha Patel; Jane Hoga Kya? which stars Aftab Shivdasani, Bipasha Basu, Preeti Jhangiani and Rahul; and Iqraar – By Chance that star Amarjeet, Shilpa Anand, Aslam Sheikh, Rahul Dev and others.


Among these titles, Zee also has the cable TV and broadband rights of Jaane Hoga Kya?, sources add.
