Riding high on success, Bollywood actress Priyanka Chopra was snapped at the Mumbai International Airport on May 10. The actress was heading to New York for the launch of her first Hollywood television show ‘Quantico’
Dressed in pink jacket and denim, matched with ankle length boots, Priyanka Chopra made perfect airport look while heading to New York. The actress is going to star opposite American actor Jake Mc Laughlin. The actor will be playing Priyanka’s love interest in ‘Quantico.’
Priyanka Chopra’s first international project ‘Quantico’ is set to telecast by TV network ABC this fall season. The actress will feature in ABC drama pilot ‘Quantico’ as a FBI trainee named as Alex Weaver. This is a first of its kind opportunity for Indian talent with a leading US Network.
Speaking on the occasion, Priyanka said, “I’m thrilled with the news that Quantico is going to be a part of ABC’s 2015/16 primetime lineup. As an entertainer and actor, I am constantly looking for new challenges that push the boundaries of my creativity and talent.
“This is a whole new experience for me and something that I am looking forward to diving into. ‘Quantico’ has an incredibly talented cast and production team and I’ve had an amazing experience shooting the pilot episode with them. I can’t wait to get back on set to see where the writers lead us!”
On the other side, beautiful actress has back-to-back movies coming this year. The actress will be seen in Dil Dhadakne Do slated to release on June 5. While the actress is also shooting for Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Bajirao Mastani and later will start will Prakash Jha’s Gangaajal 2.
