MUMBAI: It was a celebration of sorts, as some of Bollywood’s biggest filmmakers turned up for the special screening of Nikhil Advani’s upcoming flick ‘D-Day’.
Filmmakers like Sudhir Mishra, Rohan Sippy and Boney Kapoor hobnobbed with the stars of ‘D-Day’, and were overheard praising Advani’s gritty thriller. Interestingly, Advani’s mentor Karan Johar was absent from the screening.
Arjun Rampal, Shruti Haasan, Huma Qureshi and Aditi Rao Hydari were seen sharing a few laughs outside the theatre Lightbox, where the screening was held.
Unfortunately, the film’s lead actor Rishi Kapoor, who plays the role of feared gangster Goldman in ‘D-Day’, was missing in action; as was Irrfan Khan.
