MUMBAI: Bollywood superstar Hrithik Roshan, who underwent a brain surgery to remove a blood clot yesterday, was surrounded by family and well-wishers, including his wife Suzanne, who flew back from London with their two kids.
Suzanne was holidaying in London with her two sons, Hrehaan and Hridhaan, but she cut short her trip to rush to her ailing husband’s side on hearing the news of his condition. Spotted at Mumbai airport, Suzanne, along with the two boys, was seen rushing out of the arrival terminal, straight to Hinduja Hospital, where Hrithik was lodged.
A relieved Suzanne said, once the surgery was successfully completed: “Thank you for all your love and concern, Hrithik has come out of the surgery stronger than ever before. Gratitude and love to all of you for all your good wishes and prayers for him.”
Hrithik was supposed to leave for Prague, where he was to shoot with Katrina Kaif for ‘Bang Bang’, but underwent an emergency surgery yesterday morning. According to his father, Rakesh Roshan, Hrithik will be discharged in the next two days, but will have to rest for a minimum of three weeks before he can resume shooting.
