Alia Bhatt and Karan Johar share a very close bond. The young actress was launched by Karan Johar in his film ‘Student Of The Year’. It is very well known that Alia still seeks Karan’s advice whenever she signs a new film. The director is still like a hands-on mentor for Alia. The Highway actress time and again takes Karan’s advice on various matters.
It was much in the air that the makers of ‘Golmaal 4′ were looking forward to casting Alia Bhatt. The hilarious film will soon come up with its fourth part and Alia was selected as the film’s main female lead. Kareena Kapoor Khan was to do the film earlier but the actress is expecting her first baby in the month of December.
Other than Alia, Parineeti Chopra and Shraddha Kapoor were also shortlisted, but the makers finalized Alia. The gorgeous Bhatt girl was to sign the movie and the shooting was to commence soon.
It is reported that Alia’s manager also had a meet with Rohit Shetty regarding the dates. The recent fiasco between Ajay Devgn and Karan Johar has now come in the way of Alia. Karan Johar and Ajay Devgn had a tough hassle when Ajay posted an audio leak on twitter which hinted at the fact that KRK was paid by the ADHM makers to defame ‘Shivaay’.
The following dispute surely irked Karan to no ends. Well, Alia Bhatt whose loyalties lie with her mentor Karan Johar has apparently backed out from ‘Golmaal 4′. The actress has apparently given the reason that she has no dates as she is busy with ‘Badrinath Ki Dulhania’ and has also signed another project. The bottom line is that ‘Golmaal 4′ is now without a leading lady!
