It is said that Ranveer Singh who used to trust SLB blindly has now asked for a narration for ‘Padmavati’.

The latest update on the film is that actor Shahid Kapoor is roped in for the same too. The Udta Punjab actor will be playing an integral role in the film as Rana of Mewar who will be the onscreen husband of Deepika Padukone. The leggy lass will be seen as Padmavati.
Rumors state that as soon as Ranveer came to know about Shahid starring in the film he became all insecure about it. The Ram Leela actor then demanded a narration to gauge his role in the film as compared to Shahid’s.

It is said that both Ranveer and Shahid will have an equal amount of screen space in the film and maybe due to this the Bajirao of the tinsel town got all insecure.
Sanjay Leela Bhansali is allegedly miffed with Ranveer Singh as the actor has demanded a narration just a few weeks before the film goes on floors. Another hassle for Ranveer is that he will be seen in a negative role whereas Shahid Kapoor will play his good boy avatar in the film.
