MUMBAI: Salman Khan, as all know has been behind several new faces being introduced to Bollywood. The list ranges from Zarine Khan who debuted with Salman Khan in ‘Veer’ to ex-flame Katrina Kaif who starred in ‘Maine Pyaar Kyun Kiya?’
We hear that the latest addition to Khan’s list is Daisy Shah, who stars alongside the actor in Sohail Khan’s ‘Mental’.
While they are discussing the work on ‘Mental, Daisy Shah also has apparently found a close confidante in Salman Khan and the actress has been sharing problems with the actor.
Salman Khan on the other hand has perfected his job at mentoring newcomers and has no problem patiently listening to his new co-star. The actor and Daisy Shah have been spending time post shoot discussing a lot of things. Salman has also reportedly been advising the actress on personal and professional matters.
Even during the shooting of ‘Dabangg’, Salman Khan had mentored Sonakshi Sinha in similar fashion. The best part is, Salman Khan does not mentor actors who are working with him on his film alone, and his duty does not end post the film releases. He continues to shower his advice to stars. Arjun Kapoor and Hrithik Roshan have always said that it was on Salman’s advice they took to bodybuilding.
We all know that Salman is a thorough gentleman and is very protective about his co-stars. This does not come as a surprise that Salman Khan, after playing big daddy to several new stars, is playing mentor to Daisy Shah. Quite a ‘Being Human’ moment, we say.
