Box Office: Rajinikanth’s Kabali And Irrfan Khan’s Madaari First Monday Collection!

Rajinikanth’s ‘Kabali’ is creating records all over the globe. The superstar who has millions of fans all over the world is breaking all the records with his gangster flick. The Hindi version of the film ‘Kabali’ is also doing well.  On the other hand, Irrfan Khan’s film ‘Madaari’ which is highly appreciated for its concept and plot has not been too well in terms of collections. Both the films, which have released on the same day i.e. on July 22, have a vast difference in the Box Office collections.

After a good first weekend, Kabali (Hindi) had a low Monday as it grossed Rs. 2.25 crore (22.5 million) nett on its first Monday. The total first-weekend collection of the Rajinikanth starrer was Rs.13.25 crore net approx. Adding Monday collection of Rs 2.25 crore, the total grand collection of Kabali reaches to Rs.  Rs.15.50 crore net approx.  The first week business of the film is expected to touch Rs 20.50 crore nett.

Talking about Irrfan Khan’s Madaari collection, Madaari was very low on Monday with collections of Rs. 1.25 crore (12.5 million) nett. The four day business of Madaari is as follows:  Rs. 1.75 crore net approx. on Friday, Rs.2.75 crore net approx. on Saturday, Rs.3.50 crore net approx. on Sunday and Rs. Rs.1.75 crore on Monday. The total collection comes to Rs.9.25 crore (92.5 million) net approx.
