[tps_footer]There is probably no worse news than that of a sudden and painful health challenge faced by someone. No matter how impervious we feel our favorite B-Town stars are, it cannot be more far away from the truth. Just like us, they too have unexpected hurdles and challenges to face in their own personal lives. Well, recently the ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’ director Kabir Khan underwent a sudden and serious surgery at Mumbai’s Kokilaben hospital.
Admitted to the hospital after complaining on acute stomach ache, the doctors’ in-charge of the director detected the presence of stones and hence, Khan was immediately operated on. While the operation itself went smoothly, Kabir was discharged the next day itself. However, he is under strict instructions from the doctors to take it easy and rest well before resuming work.
The director had made headlines recently after he was heckled by protesters at Karachi Airport in Pakistan who accused him of taking an anti-Pakistan stand in his movie ‘Phantom’ that starred Saif Ali Khan. On the professional front, Khan will next be seen working with Salman Khan in ‘Tubelight’. The Sino-Indian film will see Mukesh Chabra as casting director and is now looking for Chinese actors for the film. After the resounding success of ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’, we are not nearly surprised that Khan will be working with the ‘Being Human’ star again. We wish him a speedy recovery and success on the professional front.[/tps_footer]
