[tps_footer]Bollywood actor Emraan Hashmi’s mother Maherahh Hashmi passed away in the afternoon of March 11. Maherahh Hashmi was admitted to Hinduja hospital and was suffering from cancer when she breathed her last. Emaraam Hashmi who was shooting in Romania for his film upcoming film Raaz 4, left immediately to return back to Mumbai as soon as he received the saddening news.

Maherahh Hashmi was the sister-in-law of famous director Mahesh Bhatt and producer Mukesh Bhatt. She was fighting with the diseases from a very long time and Mukesh Bhatt confirmed the news on Friday saying Maherah succumbed to cancer and was suffering from a very long time. He also offered his condolences to Emraan and his family.The last rites will be performed on Sunday.
