Kajol was asked about visiting Karan Johar’s twins, Yash and Roohi, her reaction was shocking.
As we all know filmmaker Karan Johar ended his two-decade friendship with best friend Kajol and had already become a talk of the town earlier this year. Everything got revealed after Karan Johar in his autobiography mentioned that Kajol’s chapter ends for life. During the launch of his autobiography, “An Unsuitable Boy”, Karan Johar had said that his 25-year-long friendship with Kajol ended over her one-word tweet supporting husband Ajay Devgn’s allegations against him during Ae Dil Hai Mushkil Vs Shivaay release.
“When she reacted to the whole situation and put out a tweet saying, ‘Shocked!’ that’s when I knew it was completely over for me. The tweet validated the insanity, that she could believe I would bribe someone. I felt that’s it. It’s over. And she can never come back to my life. I don’t think she wants to either,” Johar wrote in the book.
Since then things have turned ugly and the two are not on talking terms anymore. Karan Johar came out in the open and spoke about what went wrong in his friendship with Kajol. But Kajol has chosen to not speak about it and make it a public issue anymore.
Now, in a recent interview, Kajol, who had a huge fallout with Karan Johar was asked if she would visit Karan and meet his twins, Yash and Roohi. And she immediately replied, “I am not answering any questions on that topic.”
Kajol’s silence and the no comments statement makes it clear that things can never be alright. The two can’t be friends again ever. There was a time when Karan Johar never shot a film without Kajol’s special appearance as she was always his lucky mascot. And now it’s other way.
