MUMBAI: The Fifth edition of the Golden Kela Awards are back… with their satirical take on the worst performances of the year in Bollywood! The “Winners” are below:

Worst Actor Male: Ajay Devgn (‘Son of Sardaar’ and ‘Bol Bachchan’)

Worst Actor Female: Sonakshi Sinha (All her films including hits like ‘Dabangg’, ‘Dabangg 2’ and ‘Rowdy Rathore’)

Worst Director ‘Beta Tumse Na Ho Payega’: Shirish Kunder (Joker)

Worst Film of the Year: ‘Joker’

Worst Sequel: ‘Dabangg 2’

Bawra Ho Gaya Hai Ke Award: Viewers of ‘Dabangg 2’

Most Irritating Song: ‘Chinta Ta Chita Chita’ (Rowdy Rathore)

Most Atrocious Lyrics: Anvita Dutt for ‘Ishq Wala Love’ (Student of the Year)

Super Hit of 2012: Shah Rukh Khan for hitting Shirish Kunder in a party last year.

However, other than humorously criticizing Bollywood actors and filmmakers, the event also appreciated some of the talented directors in the industry with the “Anti-Kela” awards.

The recipients of the award were Anurag Kashyap for ‘Gangs of Wasseypur’, Tigmanshu Dhulia for ‘Paan Singh Tomar’, Shoojit Sircar for ‘Vicky Donor’ and Sujoy Ghosh for ‘Kahaani’.
