The Baahubali star Prabhas is making news for all the right reasons. After the success of his Baahubali franchise, the actor is getting offers from several leading brands for endorsements, but Prabhas doesn’t look so keen on working for any of them.
The 37 year old actor Prabhas has made it big in the industry after his record breaking Baahubali venture. Brands are going insane to rope in Prabhas for endorsements. From apparel, shoes to fitness and FMCG products, brand makers across various segments are ready to shell out big bucks for him to say yes. However, Prabhas doesn’t seem to be in the mood to sign any of them and apparently, he has declined a huge endorsement worth crores!
“Yes, Prabhas has been approached by several brands. Although he hasn’t agreed to any of them as of now, he has declined a whopping 18 crore worth of brand endorsement,” says the actor’s spokesperson.

Even after the release of Baahubali : The Beginning , the actor was followed by popular brands and received several great offers. In fact, director SS Rajamouli revealed in an interview that Prabhas, during the shoot of Baahubali 2 : The Conclusion, let go off an endorsement worth a lavish sum of Rs 10 Crore, as he wanted to concentrate on the film. Till now, Prabhas has only endorsed the vehicle brand – Mahindra.
As we broke the news earlier that Prabhas is in the United States for a month long vacation with his friends, a source close to the actor informs that once the actor is back, he may or may not take up some of the endorsements that are coming his way.
“But, he certainly wants to concentrate on his upcoming trilingual film, Saaho, shooting for which begins in July. He is also getting a few Bollywood offers from top directors and production houses and he’s reading the scripts,” adds the source.
Clearly, Baahubali has not just made money for producers, but has done lot good to the actors too. Prbhas was one of the top actors in the Telegu industry till Baahubali happened, now he is a national phenomenon after the film’s release.
Prabhas will be next seen in Sujeeth’s trilingual film, Saaho.
