8 Weeks, 8 Pack Abs! Yes, this is what Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput’s transformation shouts. Sushant Singh Rajput has been under the limelight for his personal as well as professional reasons.

Now his drastic transformation has grabbed all the attention. The television star, who made his big debut with Kai Po Che, and later M.S Dhoni: The Untold Story has become one of the hottest actors of the industry. Sushant Singh Rajput started his career on the Television with ZEE TV’s popular soap opera Pavitra Rishta. He later bagged Kai Po Che and other Bollywood movies which made a spot for him in B-Town. But we can now see a new Sushant. Sushant like never before. And the hard work is showing up.

The actor set a target for himself and well, it has not been easy for the actor to get those 8 pack abs in just 8 weeks. The actor has followed strict commitment that moved him into action for daily workout. Sushant Singh Rajput almost got trained insanely for daily 2 hours with only 5 hours sleep. Besides, 14-15 hours long hectic shooting schedules and rehearsals for IPL, kept him moving. We wonder how!

If this won’t give you fitness goals then we wonder what will. He is surely leaving all girls to go weak on knees.

#Raabta Training Details ( Sushant loves his food and he insisted on having one cheat meal evryday, that’s how the workout and the diet is designed to achieve the desired Physique )

Meal 1 4 egg whites and 2 whole eggs Omelette & 1 medium size bowl of oats with almonds and black raisins

HIGH INTENSITY CALISTHENICS

WORKOUT (1 Hour 30 Mins )

Meal 2 : ( Binge meal ) { can eat anything but deep fried }

Meal 3 : 1 bowl of quinoa with Stir fry veggies and Chicken gravy

WEAPONS TRAINING ( 45 Mins )

Meal 4 : Lettuce and Feta salad with 1 portion of Grilled Turkey

Meal 5 : 1 portion of Grilled Atlantic Salmon with a bowl of Avocado salad
