Only recently Universal Pictures released the second official global trailer of the much anticipated film Jurassic World. As the trailer looks very promising and catches audience’s attention very well, we couldn’t help but notice that Bollywood actor Irrfan Khan who is a part of the film is nowhere to be found.
The plot of the film features a fully functioning dinosaur theme park, Jurassic World, which is owned by the Masrani Global Corporation. Actor Irrfan Khan plays the role of the park’s CEO, Simon Masrani. However, as intriguing as the trailer is, Irrfan’s absence from both the official trailers of the films didn’t quite make sense. Irrfan is currently working on another one of his Hollywood projects, Inferno starring Tom Hanks and Felicity Jones.
Bryce Dallas Howard, Judy Greer, Chris Pratt, Ty Simpkins, Jake Johnson, Nick Robinson, Irrfan Khan, Vincent D’Onofrio, BD Wong, Omar Sy, Katie McGrath, Lauren Lapkus, Andy Buckley form the star cast. Colin Trevorrow, and Derek Connolly have written the screenplay, Jurassic World has been directed by Colin Trevorrow and is produced by Frank Marshall, Patrick Crowley. The film is set to release on June 12.
