Deepika Padukone who recently returned back to Mumbai after a month-long shooting schedule in Toronto was spotted heading to actor Ranbir Kapoor‘s house. The both were often spotted by the media shutterbugs but no one really knew the real reason of their secret meetings. There were speculations that Deepika is getting back with Ranbir or being the agony aunt behind Katrina and Ranbir‘s patch up.
According to a recent report, none of these reports are true. Sources have revealed to the website the real reason for their meeting, “Deepika isn’t getting back to Ranbir nor is she trying to make any patch up happen between him and Katrina. There might be a possibility that the two might come together for a film and that was being discussed between them. There is no possibility of Deepika intervening or playing a mediator for Ranbir and Katrina.”
The source also added, “Ranveer Singh has nothing to worry. Infact, Deepika and Ranveer are as good as being engaged. Both their families are extremely fond of each other and there is no scope for an ex-lover issue cropping up to damage their equation. Ranveer is very much aware of Deepika meeting Ranbir and he’s extremely cool about it.”
Though Ranbir and Deepika have parted ways the two continue to be good friends and have also seen sharing screen space together in movies like Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani and Tamasha. Though Tamasha wasn’t a great hit but their performance was applauded and also their chemistry was loved by the audiences.
We can’t wait to watch their chemistry once again on the silver screen. As of now Deepika and Ranveer are spending some personal time at a friend’s wedding.
