Mansha Bahl Was Comfortable Shooting With Dead Bodies In Fugly

fugly mainMansha Bahl, who was last seen in Rascals, is excited about her next film, Fugly. For a sequence in Fugly, Mansha Bahl  has to shoot in the morgue of a hospital, and that too with the real dead bodies present.

“Yes, I have shot in a morgue for the particular scene where I am having a conversation with my fiancee, played by Arfi Lamba over the phone. There was no other cast member present. I was all alone. At first, I was a little scared, but later I was comfortable. I had completed the scene in just two takes, as there was a time slot given to us by the hospital and also they allowed only few people to enter in the morgue,” so says Mansha Bahl.

According to Mansha, the way she bagged Fugly was really interesting.

“Our film’s director Kabir Sadanand spotted me in Delhi. He said that he wants to cast me in his film but at that time, I didn’t know who he was. He told me to Google about him and after that I said yes to him. The makers needed a happy go lucky girl and I suited the bill,” informs Mansha.

Mansha Bahl essays the role of a doctor in Fugly. Fugly is a thriller with a strong social message.

The film also stars Vijender Singh, Mohit Marwah, Kiara Advani and Jimmy Sheirgill and is set for a June 13, 2014 release.
