The actor took to twitter- “She has arrived and words fall short to express our happiness. Thank you for all your wishes.”
As per reports, Mira was rushed to Hinduja hospital in Khar on Friday evening. A while later, news broke out that the couple has been blessed with a baby girl and nothing could make fans and family happy about it. Reportedly, both mother and daughter are doing well. The baby is healthy and weighs around 2.8kg.

Many Bollywood celebs took to their twitter to congratulate and shower blessings for Shahid and Mira’s little bundle of joy. Soon after Shahid shared the news, Riteish Deshmukh, Alia Bhatt, Karan Johar, Preity Zinta, Manish Paul, Farah Khan and several celebs took to twitter to congratulate the new parents.
Just three days back, Shahid Kapoor had shared an adorable picture with Mira on his Instagram account.
