2016 seems to be a year of clashes! Bollywood actor Salman Khan's film ‘Sultan’ and Shah Rukh Khan's film 'Raees', were about to clash at the Box Office this year. But, SRK recently confirmed that he has planned to back out and shift his film 'Raees' release date. While everyone thought Salman Khan's 'Sultan' would enjoy the solo release on Eid, there comes another new twist.
Big clash between 'Raees' and ‘Sultan’ was averted but now comes another bigger competitor. According to reports, it is said that Rajinikanth’s next titled 'Kabali' might clash with 'Sultan' on Eid this year.
Recently, Rajinikanth’s next titled 'Kabali’s' official teaser was released and immediately garnered five million views online. The one-minute-six-seconds teaser went viral and received a huge response from fans. Now according to what we hear, the makers of the film are eyeing to release the film during Eid to cash in big at the Box office. Looking at the business perspective, the makers of 'Kabali' are planning to schedule the release of the film during Eid but nothing is confirmed yet.
Well, if 'Kabali' makers lock Eid release date then it might affect Salman Khan's film as he will find lesser screens in the circuits where Rajinikanth has a stronghold.
Meanwhile, the 'Being Human' star is shooting for 'Sultan', which is being directed by Ali Abbas Zafar. The film is releasing this year on Eid.
