Oops! Shahid Kapoor Bangs His Bike And Stumbles On Stage At IPL Opening Ceremony

Shahid Kapoor made a smashing entry on a bike at the opening ceremony of Indian Premiere League season 8 at Salt Lake Stadium in Kolkata. But sadly, the actor met with a minor accident while staging his performance.

When Shahid made his entry on bike, the B-town hunk bumped into the stage once, regaining his composure he then went on to the stage to perform, where he again stumbled as he was just about to start his dance moves.

However this moment did not let the star hamper his performance and he soon got in to the flow and completed his act.

Shahid also tweeted about this. He wrote, “Banged the bike broke the stage . Felt the love . Amaze.”

On his personal front, with the latest news, Shahid Kapoor has agreed with the wedding date on June 10 as decided by their parents. Reportedly, the actor who is getting married to a Delhi based girl Mira Rajput has begun with the preparations. According to the reports, Shahid Kapoor will have a small wedding with close friends and relatives. Later, a grand reception will be held for his other friends and colleagues from the Bollywood industry.

Reports also stated that, June 10 is only a tentative date, nothing has been finalized yet so far. But the preparations for the wedding are in full swing.

Rumours were that Shahid secretly engaged Delhi based girl name Mira Rajput, in January during Makar Sankranti festival. Reports were also that the duo would get married in December, who met for the first time at Radha Soami Satsang Beas sometime back. Also Shahid Kapoor’s dad Pankaj Kapoor is the follower of the same Satsang group.

Soon after this rumours, the actor at a recent event said “No, I am not engaged but what you are reading is kind of true as marriage is on the cards at the end of the year”. The actor revealed about his marriage plans, but he remained silent and didn’t reveal the name of the girl yet.
