MUMBAI: Bollywood actress and item girl Sameera Reddy dazzled at the launch of the Dwarkadas Chandumal Jewellery Store in Turner Road, Bandra. Also present was ‘Fashion’able Bollywood diva Mugdha Godse.
Sameera looked stunning in a white Namrata Joshipura jumpsuit dress, with a gold statement neckpiece. Trying on some of the pieces at the store, Sameera said,”I love jewellery. The problem is that this shop is too close to my house, I’ll be shopping a lot!”
Talking about the festive season, “What I love about Diwali is that all the guys have to impress girls at some level and buy them gold, jewellery and diamonds! I am still wondering who would gift me a diamond this Diwali!” said the actress mischievously.
Well, there are certainly some rumours flying around regarding Sameera’s close association with South star Rana Daggubati. So is this a hint?
Sameera rubbishes all the buzz, “The only thing Rana and I share is the same birth date.”
So who will Sameera buy gifts for then, this season? “My sister is having a baby, so this Diwali I will get diamonds for my sister,” says the generous star.
Mugdha, who also says she has a huge weakness for jewellery, donned the colour of this season: peachy honeysuckle and looked radiant in it.
“Every girl loves diamonds; there is no doubt about that! Last time I walked the ramp for Dwarakadas Chandumal Jewellers, I wore the biggest piece of diamond of my life!” said Mughda.
Both the lovely lasses were seen trying on some jewelry and indulging their fashionable side at the event. Diamonds, after all, are a woman’s best friend!
