Shah Rukh Khan’s Raees and Hrithik Roshan’s Kaabil have exceeded three weeks at the Box Office. The much-talked movies, Raees and Kaabil had released together a day before Republic Day and have successfully completed their three weeks run.
Both the films managed to enter 100 crore club and as of this moment, their collections have practically dropped. Also, Akshay Kumar’s much-talked Jolly LLB 2, which released last Friday, has taken over the two big films at the Box Office.
Shah Rukh Khan’s Raees run has almost come to end and has grossed Rs. 128.55 crore nett in three weeks. The film has been decent at the Box Office but is also the biggest grosser of the year. The first-week collection of the film was Rs 110.5 crore, Rs 15.90 crore, and Rs 2.60 crore in its third week. The film is expected to end its lifetime business at Rs 129 crore nett approx..
On the other hand, Hrithik Roshan’s Kaabil has remained average at the Box Office since day one. However, slow and steadily Kaabil managed to match SRK’s Raees collection at the Box Office by its second week. Kaabil stands at Rs 86.50 crore nett by its third week and is expected to end its lifetime business at Rs 87.50 crore.
Well, it seems, the makers of both Raees and Kaabil are satisfied with their respective films’ performance at the box office, as the race comes to the finish line.
