Ranbir Kapoor who is preparing for the post production of his film Jagga Jasoos got candid while getting interviewed by the popular Rajeev Masand. Ranbir Kapoor not only talked about his relationship and breakup with Katrina Kaif he also spoke about his career life.

When Ranbir Kapoor was asked about her breakup with Katrina Kaif he expressed his feelings for the actress very genuinely. Ranbir said that Katrina Kaif is very dear to him and after Rishi Kapoor and Neetu Singh its only Katrina who has been the most influential and motivational entity in Ranbir Kapoor’s life. Ranbir Kapoor also confessed that he didn’t say that he has broken up with Katrina Kaif and he doesn’t find the need to clarify it to anyone.

Later the two talked about Ranbir Kapoor’s interest in Hollywood.

As Deepika Padukone and Priyanka Chopra are rocking in the west Ranbir Kapoor was asked if he would like to enter the Hollywood or is he interested to. Ranbir Kapoor answered it as a No and said that he was asked to audition for the second lead in Star Wars but he refused it as he says that he is afraid of auditioning. To this Rajeev Masand questioned him, if it was Ranbir Kapoor’s arrogance to not audition for a Hollywood film.

Ranbir Kapoor was quoted saying that yes it must be arrogance, but he was also insecure that what if he gets rejected? According to him it was more of a fear from not having that faith in his talent. It also doesn’t interest him. He then talked about his future film which will be directed by his best buddy Ayan Mukherjee that interest him more than Star Wars.

Ranbir Kapoor was reported saying that he doesn’t think Ayan Mukherjee is less than a JJ Abrams or a George Lucas and he wants to work with Ayan and make their own Star Wars for the Bollywood industry.
