The fans are eagerly waiting to see one of their favorite Jodi, Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif. The two have decided to be amicable co-stars and share screen space in Ali Abbas Zafar’s Tiger Zinda Hai which is the sequel to their blockbuster Ek Tha Tiger.
The filmmakers and Katrina Kaif have revealed that the plot of the film will move on exactly from where it left in the prequel. She had said, “The film is set in today’s times. It’s set in one time period. There’s no aage-peeche at all. It’s a sequel in the correct sense of the term. It begins exactly from where we left off in Ek Tha Tiger.” So, it is obvious that Baar Baar Dekho actress and Bhai will romance on screen.
That’s not it! Katrina’s character in the prequel was more of an eye candy to Salman’s character. But the rumor mills are buzzing with the news that Kat is playing the negative role in the film! Yes, you read that right, she is the baddie in the movie. She will be the gorgeous villain to Salman’s RAW agent!!
Earlier there was news that Katrina is going to be much more than a mere prop in the film. “While in Ek Tha Tiger, Katrina was just seen as a lovely prop, in the action-drama Tiger Zinda Hai you will get to see the actress doing a lot of action for the first time. Katrina has never done hard-core, high-octane action before in any of her films, like hand-to-hand-combat or flying into the air, so she will have to undergo training for it.”
That means Tiger Zinda Hai gets us excited about two things – return of Sallu and Kat Jodi and Katrina playing the hottie baddie!! Exciting no?
