Karisma Kapoor and estranged husband Sunjay Kapur lately have been gaining a lot of attention over their marriage split.
The couple however separated seven years ago, and filed their divorce petition last saturday in Mumbai’s family court. The reason behind the couple’s decision over marriage break was Sunjay Kapur‘s alleged affair with socialite Priya Sachdev.
Saif Ali Khan brother-in-law of Karisma Kapoor was seen supporting Lolo and thus enduring his relationship with the former actress. Saif acted as a pacifier for both Karisma Kapoor and Sunjay Kapur as their legal proceedings in the court turned into a heated argument.
Karisma Kapoor and Sunjay reached the Mumbai’s family court on saturday morning at 11 am and till afternoon things went out of hand as both of them had a spat over arguments in the court. The divorce petition was filed with the mutual consent of both Karisma Kapoor and Sunjay Kapur.
Saif’s timely arbitration saved a lot of court’s time and he convinced both Lolo his sister-in-law and Sunjay Kapur to sign the divorce papers. Saif Ali Khan was accompanied by his wife Kareena Kapoor at the court.
