Kareena Kapoor Khan recently appeared on a chat show with her best friend and designer Manish Malhotra where she candidly spoke about many aspects of her life.
She also revealed on the show how she rejected Saif Ali Khan’s marriage proposal twice!! Giving more details on this she said, the two proposals happened in the span of 2 days. She also added that these proposals happened in Paris. The first one was at The Ritz and the second at Notre Dame church.
Bebo further said that Saif’s father, Mansoor Ali Khan Pataudi, had proposed to his mother and actress Sharmila Tagore in Paris when she was shooting for ‘Evening In Paris’. When Saif popped the question for the second time, Bebo responded saying she needed time to think as she wanted to focus on her career. But after two days she said “Yeah!!”
On quizzing the mother-to-be if Saif went down on his knees while proposing, she said no and added that he has an image like that, but he wouldn’t go down on his knees. Though he is charming, but that’s not something he would do she said!!
So Chotte Nawab had to wait and woo the lady before he could get her ringed!
Saif and Kareena who are expecting a child in December are reportedly leaving for a babymoon to Dubai soon.
