But Salman Khan himself has been away from the action. Initially, he was to leave for London towards the end of July, but the hearing of his court case stalled him. And now, even though the trial will begin on 19 August, Salman Khan still can’t go to the UK.

Buzz is that the UK government has rejected Salman’s visa application. Because of this shooting on ‘Kick’, directed by Sajid Nadiadwala has been postponed further.

So far no reason has been provided by the authorities on the reason of rejection of the visa. It could possibly be because of the trial of Salman’s hit-and-run case approaching but there has been no official confirmation about the reason so far.

The makers of ‘Kick’ are still trying to reapply for a visa, but will have to wait till it is accepted by the government. Till then, Salman Khan will continue giving his time for ‘Bigg Boss’. (Read story here)

‘Kick’ is scheduled to release on 27 July, 2014, on the occasion of Eid.
