MUMBAI: Salman Khan had his ganpati celebrations shifted to sister Alvira’s residence this year owing to the renovations at his Galaxy apartment in Bandra. While the actor hasn’t been spending time at his Bandra home, there’s something more attractive that has kept the actor busy.
The actor is currently hosting the reality show Bigg Boss and is enjoying at Lonavla with his contestants. But it’s his new room, exclusively designed for him, where Salman Khan is spending his time.
The 3500 sq feet chalet designed by Subhajyoti Dutta, exclusively for the actor has everything customized to the actor’s tastes and preferences. It is a known fact that Salman Khan is a fitness freak, and so the chalet has a gym area filled with all the equipments the actor may need. Apart from that, the chalet consists of a living room, bedroom, kitchen, a garden and a kennel for Salman’s dogs.
The interesting fact however is Salman Khan’s king-size posters that adorn the wall and the names of his fit films penned on a black board.
The rooms are designed in a way that Salman can get a view of the outsiders from his room. Salman’s favourite area is the verandah, where the actor prefers having his lunch with the team.
Subhajyoti Dutta says, “It is easier to design the Bigg Boss house than Salman’s chalet because there is no brief about what the super-star actor wants.”
With Salman Khan having the best of the facilities under the roof, the chalet surely is like a home away from home for the actor!
