“Sanjay said instead of a premiere in Dubai, we can have a paid preview and donate the money earned through it to the Prime Minister’s Relief Fund for Uttarakhand victims and it would be better,” Manyata Dutt said at the special screening of the film which she had attended with her twins.

The ‘Agneepath’ actor’s wife said she informed her husband through a letter. But he did not want to spend money on a premier also due to the fact that he himself wouldn’t be present for it.

‘Policegiri’ is directed by popular Tamil director KS Ravikumar, who is making his debut in Bollywood and it stars Prakash Raj, Prachi Desai and Om Puri alongside Sanjay Dutt. The film releases this Friday, 5 July, 2013.
