Sonam Kapoor On Deepika Padukone: I Don’t Know Her At All

When Sonam Kapoor and Deepika Padukone came together on Koffee with Karan season 3, the two pitched as competitors, were in fact seen sipping coffee and getting along like house on fire. They even spoke about their spa date together and discussed Ranbir Kapoor at length. Sure after that the two faced a lot of criticisms and had to mend their relationships, but it was one of the most controversial episode of KWK.

Fast forward to Sonam’s episode on Koffee with Karan season 5, she is still uninhibited but measures her words. On being asked about her equation with Deepika, “I don’t know her at all. I really don’t know her at all. The last proper interaction I had with her was on your couch, and that was years back.” What!!! Really?? That’s relations in the B-Town for you guys!!

Further explaining her point she said, “When somebody asks me who do I prefer in terms of actors, I prefer Priyanka but that doesn’t mean I don’t like Deepika. She is doing great and I find her beautiful but I am too occupied.” Rightly said.

Talking about Priyanka Chopra, Sonam said, “Priyanka has been very articulate. She is doing very good. She has hired the right people who dress her well. I watch Quantico and she is doing really well.”

Seems like the young actresses have matured into diplomatically correct ladies. It was even surprising to see Kareena Kapoor Khan, who came on the show along with Sonam, speaking well of Priyanka. The two actresses had issues during the shooting of their film Aitraaz. But seems like it’s all in the past, “I am happy actors are leaving for Hollywood. I feel what Priyanka has done, I don’t think everyone has that kind of courage and dedication. I don’t. Priyanka is extremely talented. She does India proud somewhere because she conducts herself really well in interviews.

Change is the only constant thing in Bollywood!
