Bollywood’s fashionista Sonam Kapoor is all set to mesmerize the audiences with her upcoming film Prem Ratan Dhan Payo, which happens to be one of the biggest films of the year, alongside Bollywood’s Dabangg star Salman Khan. But if reports are anywhere to be true, Sonam Kapoor will not only be starring in Sooraj Barjatya’s Prem Ratan Dhan Payo but also in her brother Harshvardhan Kapoor’s debut Bollywood film!
Reportedly, Sonam Kapoor will be making a special appearance in her brother’s debut film. Earlier, it was reported that Sonam Kapoor packed her bags and left for a quick getaway to Ladakh to have some me time but recent reports suggest that Sonam’s this sudden trip to Ladakh was a business trip! Reportedly, the actress joined her brother’s upcoming film Mirziya’s team in Ladakh to shoot for her scenes in the film. In case you are wondering if the actress plays a pivotal role in the film, no, she doesn’t. Even though her appearance in the film is a big and special one, it’s none the less a cameo.
The period drama film is being directed by Rakesh Omprakash Mehra and tells a tragic love story of Sahiban and Mirza. Sonam Kapoor’s brother Harshvardhan Kapoor plays the male lead in the film. With this, Harshvardhan will be making his debut in Bollywood. The film’s shooting is still on-going. The makers of Mirziya tried to keep the news of Sonam’s special cameo in the film a low key few, however, few tourists spotted the actress on the sets and news broke out.
On work front, Sonam is totally geared up for Sooraj Barjatya’s upcoming family drama film Prem Ratan Dhan Payo which stars one of the biggest stars in Bollywood, Salman Khan. The film also stars Neil Nitin Mukesh and Anupam Kher in the lead roles. Sonam Kapoor plays the role of a princess, who is engaged and soon to marry a guy in the film. The film is all set to hit the theatres on November 11, 2015.
