Bollywood’s new star kid Sooraj Pancholi who is making his debut under Salman Khan’s production film Hero is much in news lately. The actor along with his co-star Athiya Shetty has geared up for the promotions of the film, directed by Nikhil Advani.
The actor who is soon looking forward to make his presence on the silver screen is again making headlines for his ex-flame and late Jiah Khan. Sooraj Pancholi has finally opened up with the media about the controversial case of his ex-flame Jiah Khan, who committed suicide two years back.
The actor in an interview with the leading daily said with complete emotions, “It was in nobody’s control. People didn’t realise that I had lost someone. I lost my girlfriend (Jiah) who I was seeing for the past few months and I was really upset. But I think it was destiny and it was written in book of life. People ask me what have I learnt from it. I don’t think of it as a lesson because I have not committed any mistake. There is nothing to learn from it. It was in nobody’s control and perhaps was meant to happen.”
The actor went ahead and also cleared that he is not guilty and if he was guilty he would have been broken. Sooraj said, “My will power and the fact that I am not guilty. Had I been guilty, then deep inside I would have been broken. But I know what the scenario was and I know that I am not guilty That is what pulled me through.”
The Nishabd actress Jiah Khan was found hanging in her flat in the year 2013, reports first concluded that this was a case of suicide. However tables turned when it was reported that Jiah Khan was in a relationship with Aditya Pancholi’s son Sooraj Pancholi. The High Court directed the case to CBI to investigate the matter thoroughly.
Sooraj Pancholi is soon to make his debut on the silver screen with Athiya Shetty. The actors will be seen in the remake of Subash Ghai’s 1983 film Hero of the same name. The movie is slated to be released on September 11, 2015; we hope it does great on the box-office. Well, with such grave troubles, we wonder what Sooraj’s fate is now.
