After the film ‘Bajirao Mastani’, all the eyes are now stuck on ‘Padmavati’. Sanjay Leela Bhansali with his Midas touch will again execute a historic love story. The much in limelight film stars Ranveer Singh, Deepika Padukone and Shahid Kapoor in lead roles. The film will showcase the obsession of ruler Alauddin Khilji for Padmavati.

Deepika Padukone who is SLB’s favorite actress will play the central character whereas Shahid will play her on-screen husband and Ranveer will play the obsessed ruler. After loads of speculations, the cast of the film was announced and finalized.
