After TVF’s Arunabh Kumar, ScoopWhoop Co-Founder Accused Of Harassment!

After TVF founder Arunabh Kumar, ScoopWhoop co-founder Suparn Pandey has been accused of se*ual harassment.

Recently, a FIR was filed against CEO and founder of The Viral Fever, Arunabh Kumar. After series of allegations by ex-employees, Mumbai Police registered a case against TVF CEO.  Based on the complaint by the victim, the police had summoned Arunabh under Section 354 (A) and 509 of the IPC. While so many ex-employees had come out with allegations against Arunabh, the CEO has rubbished and denied the allegations put on him of molesting and harassing women at his office.

He came out and addressed the molestation allegations and said “I am a heterose*ual, single man and when I find a woman se*y, I tell her she’s se*y. I compliment women. Is that wrong?”.

Now after a couple of weeks, exact another incident has come to notice. According to reports, an FIR has been filed against ScoopWhoop co-founder Suparn Pandey, accusing him of se*ual harassment and se*ual assault. Even his other co-founders are reportedly involved in the same.

As per media reports, a FIR has been filed by a former senior executive of ScoopWhoop Media Pvt. Ltd at the Vasant Kunj (South) police Station, Delhi. The accused has been charged under section 354 A (sexual harassment), section 509 (insulting the modesty of a woman), and section 506 (criminal intimidation), reported Catch News.

“Mr. Suparn Pandey in public commented on my se*uality and this comment included calling me names (sic.) which reflected on my se*ual orientation and my se*ual preferences (sic.) as well as characterised me in a certain way”, states the FIR.
