Bollywood actress Kareena Kapoor Khan has wowed everyone with her beautiful looks. The actress has had the best phase of her career in Bollywood. Very soon the beautiful actress will enter another phase of her life when she becomes a proud mommy. The Bajrangi Bhaijaan actress is all set to enter the phase of motherhood as Saif and Bebo will become proud parents. Kareena Kapoor Khan has been ruling the industry for more than 16 years. In an interview with a leading daily, she opened up about her pre-motherhood phase.
Talking about it, she said, “I feel absolutely normal. In fact, more than me, it’s the people around me who have changed. Isn’t motherhood the most normal thing to happen to any woman? I don’t understand why people are making such a big deal about it. Everyone keeps asking me how I am prepping for it. I think the only prep I am doing is that I’m not listening to 500 people, because everyone has their views and take on motherhood. Like always, I am doing my own thing (laughs). I don’t want to be riddled with preconceived notions. That’s the best advice I have given myself”.
Many people on various occasions have said that after marriage, the career of an actress slides down and gets over. Speaking about Bebo’s marriage to Saif Ali Khan and her pregnancy, she said, “Saif (Ali Khan) and I have been together for nearly a decade, so this was a natural progression in our life. Years ago, when I had started living-in with Saif, I was warned not to do it. Then I was told not to get married, but I didn’t budge from my decision. Now, when I am on my way to being a mom, I know that people will put a tag to it, but it doesn’t bother me. Nothing has ever stopped me from working and I know how to balance my professional and personal life. I know it’s going to be an amazing experience, but I don’t expect him to sit at home. We are going to take each day as it comes.”
When asked if she will be on a break after delivering a baby, Bebo said, “I am always going to work and take my holidays too. So, that is not going to change. Once I get into a routine with the baby , only then will I know how I am feeling. Right now, I am reading a script which is great, and people want to lock the post-delivery dates. It all feels the same. People had said that I would run out of work after marriage, but interestingly, I did more work. Saif always tells me, `See, you worked more after marriage, and you are going to do the same after the baby’.”
The actress even recently amazed everyone she walked the ramp with a baby bump. Kareena will be a proud mother in December and we wish that Bebo has the best phase of motherhood in future.
