As a Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan fan, the news that the two Khans of Bollywood are going to share big screen space once again might just qualify as the happiest news of 2017. The Bollywood fans went berserk when they heard that the thing that hasn’t happened in almost 10 years is about to happen. The celebrations were even high when the two appeared on small screen together in the last season of Bigg Boss where the two had reconciled and reunited.

After that there was no stopping. From promoting each other’s films to hosting award shows together, they have done it all in past one year. In fact, reports had it that Salman and Shah Rukh were supposed to reunite on the big screen in Kabir Khan’s Sultan. SRK had even shot his part for the film but the makers decided to edit the scene out at the last moment. Maybe this was following the news that Raees and Sultan were about to release on the same day. That didn’t happen.

Now finally is the moment the two will share screen space. Salman and Shah Rukh first came together in hit 1995 movie Karan Arjun and again in Kuch Kuch Hota Hai in 1998. Latest was in Om Shanti Om in which Salman shook a leg along with other stars.
When asked about the rumours of him doing a cameo in Tubelight, the actor said, “Maine bhi yeh khabare sunni hai (I have also only heard these rumours). You should ask the producers of Tubelight.”
Is this him dodging the question or refuting the rumours?
Guess is that they are waiting for the makers of the film to make a formal announcement about the cameo before they can comment on it. But it was smooth how SRK neither agreed nor denied reports of his cameo in Tubelight.
