The Kaabil actress Yami Gautam rubbishes the rumours of his co-star being upset with her.
We all know that Yami Gautam and Hrithik Roshan had appeared together in the last month release, Kaabil. Now their film is all set for its World Television Premiere. This was the reason why a promotional event was organized where the Kaabil star cast had to meet their 100 fans, who had won a contest.
Talking about the same, earlier there were rumours that Yami was almost an hour late for the Kaabil Success Bash which made her co-star lose his temper on her. The whole team tried contacting her, but to no avail. She walked in towards the end of the bash, just to pose for the shutterbugs with the rest of the cast.
This became the reason for the speculations that the actress did not want to attend the success party of the film and that is why she walked in late.
Source close to Yami Gautam rubbished all such rumours. They said, “The entire Kaabil team was very happy that Yami could make it for the party even for some time. They informed about the reason for the actress being late saying, “They were aware that she had left another close door brand event for a bit which was an earlier commitment to make her presence felt at the Kaabil success party and they really appreciated that.”
Commenting on how special the film is for her, the team said, “Kaabil is an extremely special film for her. She played the role of a visually impaired girl in the film and her performance was hugely appreciated. Yami’s pairing with Hrithik too has been loved immensely.”
