Box Office: Four new releases fail to bring in audience; all eyes on Bodyguard

MUMBAI: Four new Hindi movies that released this Friday failed to create a stir at the box office.

The movies, which released are Stand By, Chitkabrey – Shades Of Grey, Yeh Dooriyan and Shabri. The movies opened to very poor collections across India on Friday and are unlikely to pick pace over the weekend.

While Prakash Jha’s Aarakshan is still playing in some theaters, the release of Salman Khan and Kareena Kapoor’s Bodyguard next week will topple it from theaters. Like some of the recent Salman movies namely Wanted, Dabangg and Ready, which saw great collections at the box office, Bodyguard is also likely to take a tremendous opening at the box office on the eve of Eid.
