Recently released family drama film Bajrangi Bhaijaan is on a record breaking spree. Bajrangi Bhaijaan already crossed 200 crore mark with ease on its day 9 at the Box Office and as the film has successfully completed its second weekend run at the Box Office, Salman Khan has surpassed his film Kick’s Indian collections with Bajrangi Bhaijaan in just 10 days!
Salman Khan starrer Bajrangi Bhaijaan had a superb second weekend run at the Box Office and earned Rs. 54.70 crore net (5470 million) approx. On Friday itself the film collected Rs. 12.70 crore net (127 million ) approx., then the film saw a major growth on Saturday by collecting Rs. 18.70 crore net (187 million) approximately. Salman Khan’s Bajrangi Bhaijaan took a very good jump on its second Sunday at the Box Office and earned Rs. 23.30 crore net (233 million) approximately.
With its second weekend run at the Box Office, the film has now collected Rs. 236 crore net (2360 million) approx. at the Box Office in just 10 days, which is a record of itself. With this, Salman Khan has driven past Kick’s lifetime Indian collections (Rs. 233 crore net approx.). Not only that but the film has also beaten Shah Rukh Khan’s Chennai Express’ lifetime Indian business (Rs. 226.30 crore net approx.).

It is unusual to see a Bollywood film have such an extraordinary second weekend run at the Box Office. Salman Khan and Kareena Kapoor Khan starrer Bajrangi Bhaijaan collected Rs. 54.70 crore net (547 million) approx. on its second weekend itself, which is more than what Aamir Khan’s PK earned on its second weekend run at the Box Office. Yes, Aamir Khan’s PK pulled in Rs. 53 crore net (530 million) approx. on its second weekend at the Box Office, whereas Salman Khan’s family drama film Bajrangi Bhaijaan has collected slightly more and better numbers on its second weekend run.
With this, director Kabir Khan’s Bajrangi Bhaijaan, which also stars Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Harshaali Malhotra, has joined the elite 200 crore club and is inching closer to 300 crore mark at the Box Office!
