BOX OFFICE: Salman Khan’s Ek Tha Tiger Creates New Record

MUMBAI: Salman Khan and YRF’s magic along with the fact that an action genre film with a superstar and holidays is a very powerful combination for super success at the Box Office, with Saturday, Sunday and Monday expected to be strong, the film has already broken the record for the highest grossing film in India. The 3 days box office collections were Rs 610 million (61 Crores) net.

Ek Tha Tiger collected Rs 320 million (32 crore) on it’s opening day and Day 2 collections were in the range of Rs 160 million (16 crore) net. The film has collected approximately Rs 130 million (13 crore) net on day three of its release at the Indian box office.
