Taylor Swift left a mark on the AMAs with the most number of nominations that night. Taylor had an amount of 6 nominations at the American Music Awards 2015, out of which she bagged 3 awards. Nicki Minaj and The Weeknd bagged two awards each in their respective categories. Other winners included Ariana Grande, Ed Sheeran, Skrillex & Diplo along with Justin Bieber, Rihanna, Enrique Iglesias among others. Artists who dazzled on the red carpet included Selena Gomez, Justin Bieber, Ellie Goulding, Hailee Stanfield, Kendall and Kylie Jenner, Gwen Stefani, Nicki Minaj among others.

Some of the best performances at American Music Awards 2015 included Jennifer Lopez, Selena Gomez, Demi Lovato, Ariana Grande, Nick Jonas who performed 3 songs, The Weeknd, One Direction and Gwen Stefani. One of the highlest of the nights was the heart touching performance by Celine Dion, which was a tribute to the Paris attack victims. ‘Hymne à l’amour’ touched the audience who were left teary eyed by the end of the song.
