20th Century Fox’ movies on the internet

MUMBAI: After Universal Studios, Instant Media (I’M) will now offer Twentieth Century Fox’ new release movies and popular television shows via broadband.

The IM service allows viewers to order and download their favorite movies and TV shows into their personalized I’M player and then watch them at their convenience.

The newly available content includes hit films like X-Men The Last Stand, The Sentinel and Just My Luck, as well as popular TV shows such as 24 and Prison Break.

“We want to securely distribute our content online and deliver it in a way that is convenient to consumers. By partnering with Instant Media, consumers can watch Fox content in a way that suits their evolving digital behavior,” said Twentieth Century Fox senior vice president, worldwide PPV, VOD and EST Jamie McCabe.

With I’M’s video player, viewers are able to create an expanded personalized media portfolio of desired programs that are automatically downloaded and then viewable at the click of a button. The I’M system ensures that viewers will avoid disruptions common in streaming media offerings.

“We have three factors that we believe are essential to the online entertainment experience: viewing quality, content availability and ease of use. Our software already provides the highest standard of viewing available in the simplest way possible. By working with Twentieth Century Fox to offer premium content, we are confident that we are offering the most complete and unique system available to users,” said Instant Media CEO Andy Leak.
