Brad Pitt’s World War Z movie set raided

MUMBAI: The Hungarian police raided the set of Brad Pitt’s upcoming zombie movie World War Z and seized 85 weapons from a warehouse.

According to the police personnel, the seizure included automatic weapons such as AK-47s and sniper rifles equipped with live ammunition.

"The 85 weapons were seized in Budapest at a warehouse because they were not fully inoperable as they were supposed to be," people.com quoted Hungarian authorities as saying.

A publicist for the film said: "We are working with the authorities to resolve the matter and have no further comment at this time."

World War Z is scheduled to be released in 2012.
