Bravado signs Nine Inch Nails for merchandise

MUMBAI: Music merchandising company Bravado has entered into an agreement to manufacture and distribute merchandise with seminal rock band Nine Inch Nails. The announcement was made by Bravado chief executive officer Tom Bennett.

Nine Inch Nails (NIN) was founded in 1988 by Trent Reznor, who is the group’s main producer, singer, songwriter and instrumentalist. Reznor is the only official member of the band and remains solely responsible for its direction.

After each album is recorded, he assembles a band for live shows and touring. NIN has scored numerous radio hits and earned ten Grammy nominations, winning twice. The band has released eight major studio albums and sold over 20 million albums worldwide, with 11 million sales certified in the US alone.

"Reznor’s talent and vision are truly prolific," said Bennett. "We are excited to work with Nine Inch Nails in order to create a range of merchandise which reflects the band’s very specific sound and character."

"The Nine Inch Nails: Lights In The Sky" tour kicks off in Vancouver on 25 July and continues throughout Canada and the United States until the beginning of September, when they will move on to South America, with performances in Chile, Brazil, Columbia and Venezuela. The tour is schedule to wrap at the end of October in Mexico.
