MUMBAI: Channel 4 Finland (Nelonen) has signed an IPTV Video on Demand (VOD) rental agreement with Disney-ABC International Television to bring US series such as Lost and Desperate Housewives on demand to viewers four days after being broadcast in the US.
Channel 4 Finlandâ€™s IPTV service is to launch an area of its site called â€˜Hot from the USâ€™ in September, which will allow fans to view new seasons of series including Lost, Ugly Betty, Greyâ€™s Anatomy and Desperate Housewives. Episodes are expected to cost â‚¬3 each.
