MUMBAI:  Lionsgate Music Publishing LLC and Cherry Lane Music Publishing Company Inc., have entered into a multi-year administration agreement for the US and Canada, it was announced by Lionsgate Music president Jay Faires and Cherry Lane CEO Peter Primont. 

Under the terms of the deal, Cherry Lane will administer and exploit Lionsgate's extensive catalog of film and TV music and individual songs.

"Cherry Lane is proud to represent Lionsgate's growing music catalog," said Primont. "In addition to Lionsgate's many films and current hit TV series, Jay Faires and Lenny Wohl have developed an impressive music publishing company with a diverse array of copyrights. 

EVP Business Development Mike Connelly, and VP Legal and Business Affairs Keith Hauprich, negotiated the deal on behalf of Cherry Lane. GM and EVP Business Affairs Lenny Wohl negotiated on behalf of Lionsgate Music.
