MUMBAI: Creative Tops in the US has just secured a licence from Warner Bros. Consumer Products on behalf of DC Comics to create a new collection of products inspired by DC Comics’ superhero, Superman.
The products will be launched in conjunction with the upcoming film Superman Returns. The new range includes; aprons, double oven gloves, gauntlet and tea towels, perfect for all those unsung heroes in the kitchen. For people searching for great gift ideas, the range also includes; tin ice buckets and tin trays, mugs and coasters in tins and lap trays.
There’s also something for the girls. Creative Tops has also created a range of products with vibrant Supergirl designs in delightful pinks and purples – just the thing for young and hip women everywhere.
Creative Tops sales director Pat Dawson says, “The timing could not have been better with the imminent release of the new film. Superman is a global icon, loved by generations. Established in 1996, Creative Tops began life making glass work top savers. Then in 1998 due to customer demand the company began to manufacture lap trays and in no time at all the range grew to encompass a whole range of household products including; tablemats and coasters, co-ordinated kitchen textiles, lap trays, glass chopping boards, dinner sets, tea sets and much more.
