EMI Music makes senior corporate appointments

MUMBAI: EMI Music has appointed a couple of senior corporate staff.

Chris Kennedy has been appointed chief investment officer and president, corporate development. Kennedy will also continue to serve as a member of the EMI Music executive committee.

On the other hand, Andrew Chadd will succeed Kennedy in the role of acting chief financial officer and will join the EMI Music executive committee. Chadd is currently Terra Firma finance director, portfolio business.

Julie Williamson, who has been seconded into EMI Music to oversee the Group’s investment strategy since the acquisition by Terra Firma in 2007, will be returning to Terra Firma at the end of August.
